Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds and exchanges

How can I initiate a return?

Log in to your customer account , go to Orders , and select the order you wish to return. There you'll find the "Request a Return" option. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.

Which items can be returned?
  1. Within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, resalable, and in their original packaging.
  2. Within the statutory warranty period if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
The delivered item is damaged!

If the product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Can items be exchanged?

Yes, an exchange for another selectable variant is possible. Once your request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

What refund options are available?
  • Refund via the original payment method
  • Refund as a credit in the shop
How do I return the items?

You will receive detailed return instructions via email after you submit a return request.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you via email whether it's approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
